Auburn and Mountain Hearing Centres Hiring for Administrative Assistant at Hamilton, ON Full Time

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following but not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, minor cleanings of hearing devices, daily deposits, inventory, and keeping the clinics clean and tidy.

We are searching for someone who is committed to providing excellent customer service, pays attention to detail, and wants to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace. Someone who works well on their own or in a team environment. Someone who is motivated and eager to learn.

Retail experience would be an asset.

There are times that we help each other at other locations in the area. Must have own transportation.

We periodically offer appointments outside of our regular hours, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Must be willing to come in at 8am or stay until approx 6pm if need be. During the colder months, we offer some Saturday morning appointments to our patients.
