Aubaine Hiring for HR and Recruitment Advisor at London Full Time

Our success starts with our teams, so we are looking for an HR and Recruitment Advisor to join us. As HR and Recruitment Advisor, you will support the HR Manager and will provide a proactive, professional and effective HR service to our teams across multiple locations.

As an HR and Recruitment Advisor you will:
Advise managers as well as colleagues on all HR and related matters

Manage the restaurants’ application tracking & onboarding system HARRI

Oversee the people system, FourthHospitality

Manage/Support with the recruitment process from start to finish

Responsible for right to work checks

Conduct formal and informal meetings, including but not limited to disciplinary hearing, grievance meetings, performance reviews, etc

Support with note takings

Support the HR Manager in employee engagement and recognition, and all other projects

What are we looking for in you?

Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment, ideally multisite

A high level of confidentiality

Polite manner and proactive approach

Proficient use of MS office packages

Excellent organisation skills

Knowledge of Fourth Hospitality and HARRI systems are highly desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail

A passion for people and hospitality

Flexibility and willingness to learn
