Aubaine Hiring for Group Accounts Payable Job at London, England Full Time

Our success starts with our teams, so we are looking for a Group Accounts Payable to join us. As a Group Accounts Payable you will be responsible for the whole accounts payable process.

As Group Accounts Payable you will:

• Complete group suppliers’ statement reconciliations
• Taking ownership and maintaining the Accounts Payable inbox
• Process & Review invoices using Twinfield (Accounting System) and Inventory (Fourth Hospitality)
• Ensure ad hoc supplier payments are processed in a timely manner
• Update and create supplier details
• Liaise with suppliers on payment dates and invoice/credit note queries
• Schedule and process BACS payments
• Process & Review Petty Cash and Expense Claims
• Ensure the invoice approval process is followed
• Run suggested payments as per the scheduled times using Twinfield, and prepare and send approval emails to the management team
• Work with the Management Accountant and Head of Finance to ensure tasks and deadlines are being met

What are we looking for in you:

• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Good IT skills (inc.: Microsoft Excel & Outlook)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Team Player with positive and proactive approach willing to learn and drive initiatives forward
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
• A working knowledge of Fourth Hospitality & Twinfield are ideal, however training will be provided
• Proven experience in working with an Accounting Software package
