Welcome to your new team:

Our team of five have a zoom catch up every day. If you can’t attend no worries, it’s not mandatory but you might miss out on a silly hat for an anniversary or birthday, a good recipe, some cameos from our pets or our daily chat about the weather.

We are a diverse bunch located in Perth and Melbourne who like to have a laugh, and we support each other as a team.

There is definitely some structure to the way we operate (good systems included) but lots of variety in who we deal with and what we do. Well, besides the recruitment part that’s the same every day but the areas and roles will differ.

We have fun at work. Think trivia, fancy lunches, pub meals and roof top bars. I’m angling for mini golf for the next activity!

You’ll always have an opportunity to chat to your manager – that’s me! I’m Zoe (She/Her). I’ll always make time for you and we will have weekly chats to check in and see what’s working well and what you’re finding challenging. You’ll have the autonomy to get your job done but full support where you need it.
