Your opportunity
You will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing talent to build a team of professionals, who will deliver essential employment services nationally. Your portfolio will include a range of roles including; State and Area managers, Team Leaders, Job Coaches and Administrative positions.
You will be responsible for the delivery of end to end recruitment services aligned with the business requirements. You will engage with your key stakeholders, offering guidance, advice and solutions to attract, engage and retain the right talent to support business growth and development.
About You
Like our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have the confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes. Your personable approach will assist to manage stakeholder expectations and to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and candidates.
