Location: Sydney/Melbourne Experience: 4+ Years Skills Required:

• 4+ years of experience working in IT Recruitment in an agency or consulting / services organization.
• Extensive IT hiring experience in the Australian market.
• Stake holder management experience.
• Experience hiring for domains like banking, cards, payments would be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate needs to coordinate and work along with the global recruitment team across locations in Australia
• Understanding the requirements of stakeholders and identifying right candidates as per the need.
• Being able to phone screen candidates and present them to internal stake holders.
• Schedule interviews, provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and team, offer and candidate management.
