Attivo Networks, Inc Hiring for Content Creator/Learning Designer at Remote Full Time

The Content Creator/Learning Designer for Attivo Networks has the primary responsibility of capturing and designing course content aligning to technical curricula of product training. This individual will research applicable content, suggest and formulate course materials, and then collate these newly designed resources. They will collaborate across the organization at large to curate technical content from which they will design instructional videos and virtual classroom delivery optimized for comprehension, application, and customer retention.

Responsibilities:
Identifying knowledge gaps through in-depth research, including consultations with clients.

Formulating curricula outlines that address identified skills deficits.

Writing, editing, and structuring course content in a way that bolsters students’ retention.

Utilize learning theory and instructional design best practices to create online training courses

Build collaborative relationships with SMEs across teams and departments to determine knowledge/skill gaps and source appropriate training content

Curate instructional content through independent research using internal documentation and external resources

Produce and edit product-based training videos

Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.

Develops instructor’s manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.

Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.

Analyzes, updates, and refines existing online content.

Assist and/or lead with the delivery of training material to internal and external students.

Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment

Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients

Critical thinking skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines

Experience in delivery of technical content, both live and through CBTs

Education and Experience:
Batchelor degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, education, or related field

Demonstrated ability to deliver first-rate technical training content; experience designing self-paced content for online modality preferred

In-depth knowledge of instructional principles, processes, and standards

Ability to learn complex concepts with minimal assistance

Experience in a high-growth tech company

Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
