Attentive Care NY Hiring for Healthcare Scheduling Assistant at Albany, NY Full Time

Attentive Care is a well-established, privately owned and operated home healthcare company servicing the Capital District, Saratoga and Long Island regions. We are seeking a Field Staff Supervisor for our Consumer Direct division, to join our team! This is a full-time opportunity, hours are 8:30 – 4:30 Monday-Friday.

Job Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

• managing field employee schedules and caseload
• handling employee supervision including required disciplinary actions
• providing compliance coordination assistance
• ensuring continued quality of care and customer service
• affiliated administrative and clerical tasks as required
• timesheet and payroll processing
• Onboarding new consumers
• Conducting periodic home visits

Qualified candidates will be polished, professional and pleasant, with an excellent phone demeanor and communication skills. Must be a highly organized multi-tasker. Knowledge of MS Office products, including Access, is preferred. Knowledge of HHAeXchange is a plus. Prior experience in the home healthcare industry is not required.
