Overview:

• The position involves developing and implementing strategies and technologies to enhance the performance of our industrial maintenance organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champions a safety-first culture and adheres strictly to ATS safety protocols.
• Identifies key areas of concern that lead to lost production and increased maintenance costs. Effectively communicates findings to leadership.
• Develops solutions to address root-cause problems and demonstrates the economic benefits of corrective action.
• Leads efforts to improve equipment performance and reliability by driving equipment improvement projects.
• Identifies and implements new processes and technologies to boost equipment uptime and performance.
• Heavily promotes proactive manufacturing culture by championing best-practice procedures and systems.
• Analyses equipment performance, failure data, and maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, preventative maintenance optimization and other reliability techniques.
• Provides technical support to manufacturing and operations personnel to troubleshoot equipment-related issues.
• Utilizes predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance technologies to identify and control risks prior to failure and ensure optimum maintenance execution.
• Collaborates with the maintenance team to prioritize assets and actions by assessing failure probabilities and evaluating compliance, supply, strategy and cost risks.
• Provides training and coaching in ATS Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and is responsible for tracking ongoing corrective action implementation and follow-up to ensure that all Root Cause Analysis projects are documented.
• Ensures that all regulatory requirements and ATS policies and procedures are fully complied with.
