Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Hamilton, ON

Type of Employment: Full-Time – Monday to Friday 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

What to Expect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and investigate various reports ie OS&d , night operations report , dispatch report, no scans report , missing scans report
• Advise customers of delays ie weather delays
• Ensure all priority alerts or specials are on-time
• Trace shipments
• Provide verbal POD’s
• Coordinate specials or samedays
• Maintain designated customer accounts
• Knowledge of designated accounts, i.e. Product, customer expectations
• Enter pick ups via email and phone calls
• Respond to customer enquires via email and phone calls within a 20-minute turn around time
• Check messages left in CS mailbox and return clients calls
• * Any additional duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and French
• Good computer skills in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
