Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80,000

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will build a diverse talent pipeline for open requisitions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will proactively source top talent through multiple channels and tools.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Build and maintain candidate pipeline
• Network for referrals and utilize creative strategies to attract top talent
• Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers on open roles
• Partner with local businesses and schools

Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a sourcing or recruiting role
• Prior experience in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency with searching job boards and other sourcing tools
• Strong relationship building skills
• Goal oriented and deadline driven

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
