Our client is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to the team. Our client is a creative and innovative business looking for a candidate who has strong interpersonal skills.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$16/hr – $ 20/hr DOE

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing candidates from various job boards, helping conduct initial screenings, and supporting the new-hire process.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

• Utilize job boards to source top talent and send initial outreach messages
• Assist in the screening process to pre-qualify candidate
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition team leads to assist with the new-hire process including onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and offer letters
• Coordinate scheduling for Recruiters and Hiring Managers

Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

• One year in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Good follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
