ATR mechanical is looking for the perfect person to join are beautiful team.

The major responsibility for the service administrator is to provide support to our service technician, managers and the clients. The service administrator will need to be flexible to maintain a productive operation to assigned contract with the service app.

The service administrator needs to have good knowledge in the computer. She will be opening and closing some work orders through invoicing, will purchase orders, manage work order log and our work in progress (WIP) report. The person we are looking for will need to support our technicians and the manager.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

· Making phone calls and maintaining contact with the clients

· Prepare new Vendor/Customer set up request form

· Enter/update customer contact information

· Open/manage/close work orders

· Open/manage/close purchase orders (PO’s) including daily receipt of technician PO’s

· Generate and issue demand work order invoices to clients

· Respond to inquiries regarding accounts payable/receivable

· Prepare customer reports as required

Qualifications:

§ College secretarial diploma or equivalent

§ Administrative assistant: Minimum of 3-5year (preferred) of experience

§ In depth knowledge of MS office products (including MS Word, Excel and Internet. Knowledge of Quickbook

§ Administration or Accounting Certificate/Diploma would be considered an asset

§ Knowledge/experience in accounts payables/receivables would be considered an asset

§ Need to be detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task

§ Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills

§ Bilingual (asset)
