Who will you work with?
We are an agency that values a point of view and to do this we need the best talent in the industry. Day to day, you will work with all relevant internal stakeholders and hiring managers across all offices to understand needs and work with pace and precision to solve these needs.
Who are we looking for ?
We’re seeking an industry experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the People & Culture Director to help us source, identify, screen, and hire the best talent in the industry. This is a full time role at least for the first 3 months so we can assess the workload and needs of the business (based on current talent market shortage).
Our ideal candidate will be experienced in the full-cycle of recruiting inc employer branding strategies, shortlisting, liaising with candidates, recruiter management and be comfortable interviewing candidates. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills with a minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition ideally within a media agency, group holding company or fast moving business. You ideally have experience managing an Applicant Tracking System with the ability to devise & execute sourcing strategies to find potential candidates. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to manage internal stakeholders, external recruitment partners and most importantly potential candidates and most importantly a passion and tenacity for talent acquisition.
