At Atomic212 we are always looking to strengthen our organisation by adding the best available talent to our staff. We are a team of 120 people with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Darwin and Brisbane.
We’re seeking a HR Specialist to support administration of HR and to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.
You will be reporting to the People & Culture Manager and working closely with People & Culture, Operations and Payroll to support administration of HR.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, proficient in Google docs and word processing. Preferred media industry experience, with 2-3 years experience in talent acquisition and/or HR ideally within a media agency or large corporate holding company. This full time role requires a candidate who is able to work within a small team and conduct tasks autonomously with excellent interpersonal skills to manage internal stakeholders, external recruitment partners and most importantly potential candidates.
