The brand was designed to assist businesses that weren’t financially in the space to afford a full-time marketing team but still wanted to have the best strategies for growth.

This is provided through digital boot camps, webinars, and e-books. We provide an array of different tools to be able to assist small business owners in developing their brands.

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing projects related to digital marketing campaigns, client relationships, and internal operations.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects and maintaining effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Project Management :
• Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Allocate resources and tasks to team members, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Communicate project status and updates to clients and internal teams.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and status meetings.
• Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, feedback, and approvals.
• System Proficiency :
• Utilize Click Up, Kartra, Honeybooks, Dubsado, and Slack effectively to streamline project workflows, track tasks, and maintain clear communication.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency within these systems.
• Team Collaboration :
• Foster a collaborative work environment by coordinating efforts among team members.
• Facilitate team meetings, providing updates and action items to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance :
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Perform quality checks and review project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.

• Generate project s, status updates, and documentation as needed.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation for reference and analysis.
• Technical Proficiency :
• Utilize marketing technology platforms and project management tools to manage projects, campaigns, analyze data, and create s.
• Configure and manage dashboards to monitor project, campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Understand and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and tools.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the digital marketing industry.
• Proficiency with Click Up, Kartra, Honeybooks, Dubsado, and Slack is essential.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).
