We’re hiring an experienced Sourcer, ing to the Sourcing Team Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team in APAC. As a member of our team, you will help hire for roles across our Go-To-Market (GTM) and General and Administrative (G&A) roles. Our Sourcers work with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to search for and engage passive candidates. You will help develop a sourcing strategy for different positions and will build a pipeline. There may also be opportunities to use your researcher skills to talent map and provide strategic sourcing support.

Our sourcing team is the strategic muscle that enables us to hire top talent, for the right roles at the right time. You will lead the identification and engagement of top talent through creative means. You will drive recruiting best practices, build candidate pipeline strategy, and build strong relationships while partnering with our hiring community and expert recruiters.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Use innovative techniques to identify and engage talent for both our volume and niche pipelines
• Use a data-driven approach to inform and influence hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to decide suitability for roles, ability to handle complex offer negotiations
• Track pipeline activity to share with internal customers and being the knowledgable voice in the room about pipelines
• Recommend and lead improvements that impact local pipeline/craft areas and inspire creativity in the wider team
• Take a data-driven approach about where to find and attract the right talent
• Partner with our Talent ID and Brand team to build our offline presence in your niche area by building an strong brand and value proposition for the departments that you support

Qualifications

Your background

• In-house or agency recruiting experience in the technology sector
• The ability to manage large candidate pipelines across crafts while maintaining a high-quality experience
• Experience using creative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels
• Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems – we use Lever, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards)
