The APAC Enterprise Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving their team of 6-8 Enterprise Development Representative to achieve pipeline quota by delivering qualified sales opportunities to the Enterprise Advocates (Account Executive) organization. In addition, you are responsible for setting an example for the sales organization through team work, strategy, and personal accountability. You will to the Global Head of Enterprise Development Representatives.
Atlassian over 140,000 customers worldwide and the Enterprise Development team partners with Enterprise Advocates (Account Executives) to oversee the largest 10% of customers in their respective regions. Our non-traditional Inside Sales teams are based in Sydney and remotely, and work together with our Enterprise Advocates, Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketing Team. We are looking for a manager to build and implement an effective sales strategy, hire and train new Enterprise Development Representatives ,and coach the team to success.
