Job Description

• Execute and manage the sourcing of top diverse talent across job families and across multiple locations within client, NA

Responsibilities

• Responsible for candidate attraction by acting as a search expert for specific job families by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
• Participate on Talent Advisor strategy calls to understand hiring needs and proactively investigate new ideas for innovative sourcing strategies
• Develop and advise on diversity sourcing strategies, identify and pipeline talent via Avature, manage passive applicant pools, target research areas to explore the potential to hire top talent, and effectively communicate Client’s employer value proposition to all potential candidates
• Pre-qualify and short list top talent using a performance based qualifying lens and pre-screen; develop talent write ups for Talent Advisor
• Gain understanding of competitive landscape influencing available talent; perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of diverse talent availability by job market and job family; analyze to determine sourcing staffing effectiveness based on statistics.
• Partner effectively with client’s Talent Advisors

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of combined professional recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing. Combination of agency and corporate background preferred.
• Possess strong candidate sourcing techniques and proven experience with communicating an employer value proposition.
• Must have extensive experience sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, relationship building, complex internet searches and research.
• Proficiency in the use of social media such as LinkedIn, and other media, to network and generate leads; proficiency in and experience with enterprise-wide applicant tracking system such as Taleo, BrassRing, SAP or other; proficient in MS Office applications and CRM’s
• Experience reviewing applicant ques and ATS data mining.
• Detail oriented – must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must have strong influencing skills.
• Polished interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to think logically and work independently with minimal direction

• BS degree required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
