Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC Hiring for CRM Digital Lead Marketing Specialist 1 Full Time

The Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for the creation, implementation and ing of lead nurturing, generation and marketing programs. This role works directly with customers, internal sales and business leaders to generate and maintain lead opportunities for Motor Vehicle Industry and General Industry to ensure sustainable profitable growth

What We Expect From You:

• Collaborating with our sales team on the true benefits of a CRM solution and how by implementing best practices, they can enhance their ability to deliver excellent customer service to their customers.

• Partner with global business leaders in developing a multi-year CRM capability roadmap that aligns with key objectives/priorities of our local sales organization.

• Organize and manage the CRM training for our sales and marketing teams

• Generate dashboard s for Management from the CRM Platform

• Be responsible for ensuring the highest integrity, consistency, and quality in the solutions being delivered to our sales team

• Participate in the development and integration of our Customer Master & Master Data Management process

• Partner with the Business Analytics team to apply the strategic initiatives into the CRM for seamless execution of strategy

• lead integration of Digital automation initiatives including Multi-Channel Marketing efforts with CRM
