Your new role will be

As the new Warehouse Administrator, you will support the warehouse team in their administrative tasks, including dispatching orders ready for shipment using our computer system.

This position is a 3-month contract, part time (15hrs/week) and we are very flexible on the work schedule and the work days.

The main activities you’ll take care of

• Dispatch and perform administrative work in our computer system to ensure that orders are shipped
• Update our system with tracking numbers when orders are ready to be shipped.
• Provide administrative support to team members
• All other administrative tasks required

What will help you succeed in your new role

• High school diploma
• Good computer skills
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Ability to easily understand new software
• Resourcefulness and initiative
• Experience in data entry (an asset)
• Experience with SAP (an asset)
