Job Description

Atlas Advisors is actively seeking to hire an Operations Specialist to work with the headquarters team in Columbus, Ohio

• Provide operational support to current and future contracts related to intelligence support programs
• Manage and maintain electronic folders, spreadsheets, databases, and other recruiting software
• Conduct recruiting activities to include sending emails, language testing, processing paperwork, and interviewing candidates
• Support expense ing activities, retention activities, and other HR related activities

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• US Citizen
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office & Google applications
• Interest in international affairs and other cultures

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in international studies, business, or a related field
• Experience working with contracts related to intelligence support (CONUS or OCONUS)
• Experience with language testing, processing candidates, or recruiting interpreters
• Experience with managing electronic folders, spreadsheets, and or databases
• Proven proficiency in another language
