Atlantis University is an international institution offering courses and academic programs that lead to associate degrees, Bachelor’s degrees, Master’s degrees, certifications, and other diplomas in the fields of business, health, and technology.

Atlantis University is seeking adjunct faculty professors to teach the AS and BS business management courses for the School of Business Administration

Faculty for the School of Business Administration are individuals who serve the University with integrity and passion and will be responsible for teaching, providing guidance, performance evaluation, and ensuring a quality academic experience to all students based on the syllabus provided by the school. The courses are delivered on campus Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

We are looking for leaders in education with academic backgrounds and professional experience in business administration. Faculty for the School of Business Administration must be committed to maintaining the institution’s reputation of integrity, to strive for excellence, and to adhere to accreditation standards and to the mission of the University to prepare career-minded individuals through quality education.

Duties:

• Reviewing and managing your syllabus and corresponding materials
• Facilitating class instruction utilizing your experience and passion in your field.
• Teaching your assigned classes in accordance with AU University’s learning objectives and plan.
• Administering evaluations of student performance based on course deliverable and rubrics.
• Posting course grades and controlling student attendance.
• Responding promptly to grade determination and providing detailed timely feedback.
• Submitting grades for assignments, discussion board exercises, exams, and discussions promptly.
• Participating in faculty meetings.
• Adhering to AU University protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor of Sciences in business administration from an accredited institution in the United States or from a foreign institution of higher education with an equivalency of a minimum of a BS degree in the United States in business administration.
• 4 years of related practical work experience in the information technology field.
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching students from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
