Atlantic Natural Foods, LLC, seeks a critical role of Vice President of Finance. The person in this position will be responsible for directing the organization’s accounting functions, including establishing and maintaining the organization’s accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives. The person in this position will prepare financial reports and presents findings and recommendations to leadership, its investors and lenders. They will lead and direct the work of the Accounting staff at its Nashville, NC factory as well as lead implementation of the company’s growth partnerships, inclusive of establishing accounting standards to enter the public space.

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP system; capable of mentoring others respective to the team’s development;

• Extensive experience managing accounting for mid-size consumer products marketing processes

• Monthly and year end closings;

• Incurred costs submissions, price proposals;

• Support of CPA and local audits;

• Direct reports of approximately 5

• Oversight of invoice preparation and submission;

• Create and manage weekly cash flow

• Oversight of accounts receivable

• Oversight of Commercial Insurance policies

• Bank/Investor relationships

• Managing the inputs from outside facilities and multiple supply points

• Understanding a global market, currencies, etc

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree

• Solid period of continued employment with same Employer with similar responsibility

• Knowledgeable of NetSuite or like program

• Solid understanding of accounting processes and procedures and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting

Principles (GAAP)

• Proven ability to meet daily and monthly timelines and deliverables

• Excellent written and oral communication.

Reporting

• Position will report into the Headquarter office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67.00 – $77.00 per hour
