Skills & Abilities

· Minimum five years of progressively responsible supervisory or managerial service, preferably within a luxury, public transportation or transit setting

· Exhibit courtesy and professionalism to represent Atlantic Limousine in a manner that will maintain and promote the positive reputation of the organization

· Mentor, grow, guide and oversee the work of team within the dispatch department

· Broad-based and detailed knowledge of transportation and transit service development principles and practices.

Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Work Schedule: We are a 24/7/365 industry so flexibility is a must! To effectively run the dispatch area a good manager will be available to work and oversee all duties on all shifts making it necessary for the possibility of working nights and weekends and holidays as needed.
