Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist include :

• 7+ years in financial services talent acquisition
• Running high volume and matrixed hiring processes
• Advanced Boolean search, network sourcing expertise
• Building relationships across the organization
• Passionate about attracting top tier talent
• ATS tools including Greenhouse and Lever
