Atlantic Cultivation Hiring for Keyholders and Budtenders at St. John’s, NL Full Time

Atlantic Cultivation Ltd (ACL) is a premium cannabis cultivator located in the heart of St. John’s, NL. We offer a diverse range of products available to consumers in the recreational cannabis market. Years have been spent selecting the most unique phenotypes to bring to the recreational market that few have yet to have the pleasure of experiencing. Additionally, Atlantic Cultivation has been contracted to cultivate and bring to market the world-famous Cookies Brand. Those who know, know!

We’ve also obtained 10 Cannabis Retail Licenses from the NLC, which are called Atlantic Cannabis. They celebrate everything local and we could not be prouder of them. We have Atlantic Cannabis retail stores in Corner Brook, Grand Falls-Windsor, Gander, Goulds, and in St. John’s on Topsail Rd and Danny Drive (Galway), and soon our newest location will open in the heart of DT on Water St.

The Role – Keyholders and Budtenders

The Keyholders and Budtenders are front and center for all the action. They are the liaison between the product and the customer, the brand ambassadors, and the friendly faces of our organization. We are looking for Keyholders and Budtenders to become local cannabis experts and to develop long lasting relationships with our customers by providing an exceptional customer experience.

To qualify for the Keyholder and/or Budtender roles, you need a minimum of 1 year retail experience (cannabis retail experience a definite asset), a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess exceptional customer service and communication skills.

We are hiring mainly for our Water St. location in DT St. John’s, however, there will also be opportunities in our other retail locations. We’re recruiting for:

Store Manager (SM)

Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Keyholder

Budtender

Atlantic Cannabis stores are open 7 days a week, from 10am to 10pm. For our employees, these hours allow for flexibility in scheduling, and for our customers, these hours allow for flexibility in shopping. Win win!
