Summary/Objective:

The Software Integrator will lead the strategic innovation and integration of company software and programs. This position will work alongside the IT team to deliver reliable and integrated solutions to end users. In this role, you will design, test, document, implement and maintain solutions which coordinate applications across the enterprise and its department.

The ideal candidate will show an ability to understand user requirements and translate those needs into practical solutions. In addition, you will show an ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and growth oriented environment

Essential Functions:

• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
• Develop intuitive software, focused on end user functionality
• Along with IT team, professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address user and management concerns
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
• Work closely with IT team to address security at all levels of the company
• Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications
• Builds and maintains a company database
• Performs other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibility: No

Required:

• 2-5 years of experience developing and implementing software applications
• Experience working on large-scale software projects
• Experience developing software utilizing various coding languages including Java, C++, PHP and other various applications
• Experience developing secure software systems based upon industry specifications
• Analyze code for weaknesses and errors, and present detailed plans to improve them
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written/oral communication skills and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Must be able to pass post-offer pre-employment drug screen, and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required (i.e. DMV, criminal history)
• Must adhere to all company policy and procedures
• Must be available to work assigned schedule, which may include occasional extended hours

Preferred:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Professional program certification in SQL is strongly preferred
• Strong customer services skills
• Professional certifications
• Prior military experience

The work environment and physical demands required would be representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, and may include, but are not limited to the following:

Work Environment:

• Works in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
• Position may require visits to construction site

Physical Demands:

• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier, filing cabinets and fax machines
• While performing duties of the job the employee may work aloft, climb, bend, pull, reach overhead, sit/stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms

Travel:

• Requires travel as needed (typically not overnight)
