This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent recruitment and HR experience!

Key duties include:

• Dealing with the day to day recruitment of all staff
• Contributing to the appraisals
• Monitor probationary periods, annual leave, and sickness
• Manage budgets for costs related to recruitment and training
• Dealing with any employee exits and entrances
• Promote learning and development within the business

Key Skills:

• Recruitment & HR experience is essential
• CIPD qualification would be desirable
• Confident at working within a very fast paced environment
• Have a commercial mindset and be capable of working under pressure
• Great attention to detail

Our clients offers fantastic benefits and a basic salary between £45,000 – £50,000.
