ATI has a current need for a Technical Recruiter with an emphasis on architectural- engineering (A-E), construction management, and skilled trade positions.

Duties and Requirements of a Technical Recruiter
ATI is seeking a talent acquisition professional to manage the firm’s entire recruitment process from candidate identification through hiring with a focus on A-E, construction management, and skilled trade positions. Required qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Technical Recruiter;
• Experience in recruiting A-E, construction management, and/or skilled trade positions is highly preferred;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must; and
• Occasional travel to firm’s Maryland Headquarters (approximately once/quarter) is required.
