The Opportunity:
Atheneum are seeking a Senior Talent Manager with the leadership skills and experience to oversee the growth of our technology team to support the company’s growth..
The successful candidate will be particularly knowledgeable in Tech recruitment and skilled in using multiple channels to source candidates. In addition they must be able to balance filling multiple roles themselves with managing the team.
Responsibilities:
Managing the Tech recruitment function across multiple global offices during a rapid growth period.
Supporting the Head of HR and Talent in setting the headcount numbers and defining a recruitment strategy
Line managing a team of Talent Specialists, monitoring KPIs including number of hires made, time to hire, agency spend
Partnering with Hiring Managers across from profiling to onboarding
Assessing ROI of potential recruitment tools before leading implementation
Leading a ‘Best Practice’ recruitment process, rolling this out globally, striving towards recruiting and retaining diverse talent
Profiles We Are Seeking:
Demonstrable track record of recruitment leadership success. Ideally a blend of agency and inhouse experience.
Ability to handle and prioritise a varied workload from managing the team to filling live roles
Delivery focused with a strong ability to track recruitment data
Commercially minded with have a business approach to recruitment
Proactive problem solver who can research and implement new recruitment tools and prove ROI
Excellent verbal communication and written communication
