Responsibilities

1. Human Resources
– Timesheet Validation, Payroll, insurance management
– Job posting, pre-screening, recommandation, Onboarding process
– Ongoing Internship Job Postings at Universities
– Ensuring that employee records are in compliance
– Excitingly, coordinate and plan enjoyable events and activities for the team.

2. Accounting, Finance & Compliance
– Grants management & compliance – See below
– Match hire & grants
– Bookkeeping
– Government Compliance (Taxes, CNESST)
– Budget & Forecast
– Procurement (Negociation)
– ing (Sales, Operation & Finances)

3. Others project
This particular area encompasses a wide range of tasks, so it is crucial that you possess the ability to grasp the overall concept and adapt accordingly.

Ideal Candidate

• Bilingual in English and French
• Attention to detail
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and collaborative skills. (not hesitant to utilize the telephone and communicate with individuals)
