Job Role – Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

£38k + company bonus of up to £2000 + Overtime + benefits – OTE £43-46k + 21 shift holidays + Life Assurance + Death in Service + ongoing training programmes

Shifts – Days 4 on 4 off

Location – Dronfield

The Company

The Role

As a mechanical maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Mechanical breakdowns on all plant and machinery across the site
• Planned and proactive maintenance to help reduce breakdowns
• Root cause analysis of repetitive faults to get to the heart of the problem
• Project work such as machine moves and installations, modifications to existing machinery to upgrade automation, and CI projects to identify issues in production that can be improved.

Requirements

As a mechanical maintenance engineer, our client requires:

• A mechanical maintenance engineer who is apprentice trained to an NVQ level 3 or equivalent level
• Previous experience in working in a mechanical maintenance engineering environment
• An ambition to want to develop your skills through the company
