$20.00 – $22.50 per hour Sign on Bonus $1,000.00

While no two days are alike, here are some of the things you will be responsible for:

• Providing care with a clearly outlined care plan based on individual client needs
• A Caregiver will assist clients with daily activities, such as grocery shopping, cooking, housekeeping, and personal care
• Providing transportation assistance, to our clients to and from appointments, and activities
• Offering companionship in a compassionate manner
• Complete required documentation timely and accurately
