Engineer – Middlesborough

Circa £30,000 DOE

Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Civil, Mechanical or Offshore Engineer to join a global marine and offshore wind company. Due to the growth of the company, they are looking for an experienced Engineer to join their team based in Middlesbrough.

The Job

You will be responsible for…

• Conducting studies and making technical calculations in consultation with Senior engineers
• Contributing to finding efficient and effective methods for transport and installation of the foundation and wind turbine components
• Developing concept designs of tools and equipment for transport and installation of the components

The candidate

Candidates will have the following skills and experience…

• A Civil, Mechanical or Offshore engineering degree, or equivalent
• Willingness to occasionally travel (inter)nationally to project locations
• Proven experience within a structural design environment
