As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in channelling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on patients’ lives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to engage, inspire, persuade and influence and be part of a cutting edge in-house Talent Acquisition Function- supporting Biopharma R&D.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Biopharma Commercial you will be responsible for delivering Talent Acquisition solutions in partnership with the Hiring Manager/ Team Manager/ HRBP and Talent Acquisition Lead to proactively identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a fast paced challenging market.
This will involve proactive activity, developing and executing sourcing plans, building talent pipelines, conducting direct sourcing activity, research, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process.
This role is full lifecycle recruitment in a very hands-on fast moving environment where your subject matter expertise will allow you to advise, coach and influence hiring managers to ensure best in class service delivery to the business and candidates.
You will build strong trusting relationships both with internal stakeholders and candidates and ensure both have a good experience with Talent Acquisition throughout the process.
You will work with 3rd party vendors on occasion for niche hard to fill roles but you will be targeted on a direct fill rate – utilizing our internal Talent Scout for senior hires and internal recruitment marketing teams for campaigns.
Collating feedback and providing hiring metrics and data analytics on performance and reporting to identify areas for continuous improvement will also be key in this role
You will develop and manage recruitment services delivery, both personally and through vendors against delivery of key Time, Cost and Quality targets and metrics
Whilst developing strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, you will build a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs.
You will ensure assigned recruitment services are in compliance with Global Recruitment and country policies/guidelines and ensure 3rd party providers adhere to required procurement and policy standards.
You will participate in all activities in the recruitment life cycle including; sourcing planning and delivery (both direct sourcing and attraction), screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, hiring and onboarding .
You will support and attend Conferences, College and Career Fairs – ensuring consistency in messaging and materials for recruitment branding and skill set targeting.
You will educate hiring manager and other assessors in the use of Interviewing approach, recommend resources and techniques for interviewing, assessing and evaluating applicants.
You will advise the business about recruitment responsibilities, legal requirements and appropriate candidate management techniques; provide resources and tools as needed to educate and enhance the skills of individuals involved in the hiring processes.
You will also support one or more Central CoE TAq Projects locally or globally and also support Early Talent Recruitment activities within Biopharma R&D.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in this sector
Experience utilizing a range of attraction channels
Demonstrate knowledge of relevant roles and ability to identify key candidate sources externally to build potential candidate pools
Persuading & influencing skills
Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced changing agile environment
Customer focused, results orientated approach
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Educated to degree level
Broad understanding of Pharma industry
