As Global Candidate Experience Manager, you will drive continuous improvement of Candidate Experience (CX) globally by developing and maintaining an appropriate framework for CX and coordinating efforts across all activities, initiatives and projects aligned with the CX strategy & priorities.

The Global Candidate Experience Manager will be the main CX point of contact and subject matter expert for the global TAq community and act as the guardian of our global CX Principles & Behaviours. You will support the identification of improvement opportunities across all stages of the candidate journey and, in collaboration with colleagues within TAq, HR and more broadly across the enterprise, drive holistic improvements to CX and supports relevant SET-area specific enhancements.

Typical accountabilities will include:

• Supports the development and delivery of the CX strategy ensuring we drive continuous improvement across all stages of the candidate journey
• Acts as the main point of contact and SME for CX to the global TAq community to support the enhancement of the CX delivered by Hub & large market teams
• Ensures a consistent understanding of the CX Principles and Behaviours across the global TAq community, driving the implementation/adoption in partnership with the relevant TAq Leads
• Develops & maintains the overall CX framework and standards, creating & delivering engaging communications & training where necessary
• Assesses opportunities for enhancements across CX and develops plans for relevant activities, initiatives and projects to deliver improvements aligned to the CX strategy/priorities
• Collaborates closely with CX aligned colleagues within TAq to support all CX related activities, initiatives & projects
• Develops, maintains and leverages a strong network of SMEs across the TAq community and builds a strong internal network across HR and the broader enterprise to support all CX related activities, initiatives & projects
• Develops deep subject matter expertise in CX, builds a strong external network of industry experts/thought leaders and brings in external ideas and inspiration for new approaches, technologies and innovation to ensure we stay ahead of industry trends
• In collaboration with the TAq Data Insights Analyst and relevant HR & IT teams, supports the ongoing development of CX measures and associated Insights & Analytics across all key stages of the experience for both hired & ‘qualified unsuccessful’ candidates
• Leverages Insights & Analytics to measure the impact of improvements, inform CX strategy and identify specific areas requiring improvement, highlighting to the relevant TAq Lead where necessary
• Collects regular voice of the customer feedback to feed into relevant activities, initiatives & projects
• Where necessary, works with external vendors to develop the CX framework & deliver improvements

Essential for the role

Relevant experience and a depth of knowledge in the following areas:

• Recruitment systems, processes and workflows which impact CX
• Subject matter expertise and a strong passion for CX and/or related fields
• In-house recruitment and/or RPO background with strong experience and track record in implementing CX enhancements
• Strong networking, relationship building and influencing skills
• Strong project & change management experience
• Strong MS Excel skills and experience developing engaging and impactful insights & analytics
• Experience of working within a complex global matrix environment
• Knowledge and passion for Candidate Experience
• Strong communication skills with experience in training and presenting

Desirable for the role

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
• Experience within an operational Talent Acquisition role
• Experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences sector
