Aston University Hiring for HR Recruitment Coordinator Job at Birmingham, England Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills to join the HR Recruitment team as an HR Recruitment Coordinator.

The successful candidate will coordinate the recruitment for designated areas within Professional Services/Colleges at Aston University. You will provide guidance and support to managers on recruitment and selection processes and best practice.

You will liaise with applicants, managers, HR Business Partners, external agencies, and require the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure that competing deadlines are met. You will need to be able to work independently but also as part of the HR Recruitment team, supporting each other to ensure that excellent customer service is provided and timescales are met.

You will use the online vacancy management system to advertise posts, invite candidates to interview, prepare and issue contracts. You will be responsible for arranging pre-employment checks for new employees and creating records for them on the HR system.
