Hiring REMOTE Technical Sourcer to join the worlds largest Cloud Services company!

Description:
You will be aligned to 3 Job Families: Software Development Engineers/SDE (Back end Engineers & Front end engineers), and Software Development Managers/SDM.

This is NOT Full Cycle recruitment, you will be a heads down Technical Sourcer, primarily working through LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and Boolean search strings.

Responsible for screening and interviewing candidates.

You will be aligned to a Sr recruiter who will conduct the backend recruitment process (extending offers, salary negotiation).

You will be responsible for generating leads in the engineering space, initial phone screens, technical assessments, and interviewing candidates.

Requirements:
One year of Technical Recruiting experience preferred with a large Staffing Agency or well known corporation

2 years of recruiting experience (Large Staffing Agency or Well Known Corporation)

Vast experience using Boolean Search Strings

Experience sourcing passive talent

Experience managing candidates in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter

Compensation:
Hourly rate is dependent on Candidate Years of Recruiting Experience
