Manufacturing company is looking for a strong Talent Coordinator to help support the director as well as the lead Talent Acquisition contact:
SUMMARY
Recruits, researches, interviews, screens, and refers candidates for job openings. Coordinates orientation and onboarding activities. Coordinates activities related to human resources programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of talent acquisition, HR and recruiting coordination support.
Strong communicator is important.
Timeliness and attendance is key.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate degree in Human Resources or Business Management and 2-4 years recruiting and/or sourcing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
