Will work from home but need to be local to Seattle to attend candidate engagement events – will not be a regular schedule and need to be flexible Will be orchestrating / attending community events to attract candidates.

• This is an exciting opportunity to join a high volume RPO in the banking and finance industry as a trusted Community Engagement Recruiter. The position is considered a project and leads to a conversion opportunity for the ideal candidate.

Duties :

• They will work with Lead Recruiter and Recruiter in the Seattle market. The Lead Recruiter will help with the interaction and expectation setting with local leadership.
• Their time will be broken up 50% community engagement, 50% sourcing/outreach and pre-screening.

Targets: engagement and outreach on a weekly basis.

• Community engagements will include local agencies (chamber, employment office, non-profits, etc.)
• They may also have engagement with educational institutions initiated by the account as we work with the college recruiting team to understand their involvement.
• They will also be involved in the scouting of local business as a source of talent to help fill the pipeline.
• This person is really going to be a community engagement person, spreading the brand, attracting passive candidates interested in the account, driving them to recruiters.
• Contact candidates to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
• Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary.
• Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
• Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes.
• Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.

Skill sets they will hire for: Bank Tellers, Customer Service Reps, more of the entry level roles

Overall TAP job duties:

• responsible for building relationships with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders – forecasting hiring needs, providing consulting services around budget and timeline management
• qualify reqs with clients and advise on sourcing / delivery strategy
• provide transparency to client around recruiting process using data on market, candidate profiles, time to fill, and other measurables based on client demands

Additional Skills & Qualifications:MUST:

• experience specific to local / community candidate engagement – how they sourced candidates in creative ways, used local relationships to develop a candidate pipeline

NICE:

• financial industry recruiting experience
