Remote Recruiter

Contract Position Until January

Pay rate $23.00-$27.00

Fully remote position must be on Pacific Standard Time

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full cycle (at times can be high volume) recruiting, predominantly in-house, with some direct sourcing
• Screens resumes, interviews, and refers qualified applicants that meet the functional needs of the department to hiring managers for interviewing
• Continually reviews selection methods and processes for effectiveness, including pre-employment skills testing and competency testing
• Must stay up to date on the recruiting trends

• Will be recruiting on Drywall Installers and Inside Sales Representative

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of recruitment experience
• Highly organized, extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• High volume recruitment experience, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics and distribution preferred
• High level of creativity, self-motivation, and independent thinking
• Excellent computer skills including MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong interpersonal and verbal skills
