Job Description

• As an Office Assistant, you will be tasked with the following duties :
• Answers all incoming calls and forwards to appropriate person or department.
• Sorts and distributes mail and UPS.
• Downloads and prints plans, job s, files and makes binders for various departments.
• Stuffs and mails large mailings for various departments.
• Orders office supplies and onboarding items.
• Responsible for all aspects of safety, continuous improvement / efficiency improvement and adhering to policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• 1+ year of office experience
• Ability to learn new programs quickly.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
