Aston Carter Hiring for Fully Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcer) – 3 Month Contract Job at Atlanta, GA Full Time

Description:
The Sourcer will be assisting the 5 recruiters on the team. Responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing and dispositioning resumes from candidates
• Setting up phone screens with candidates
• Assisting in completing phone screens
• Sourcing potential candidates from ATS and outside systems

These recruiters work on various positions, including operational/admin, Nurse Physicians, and sales. They use the iCIMS ATS system as well as Indeed and Linkedin. This source will mainly assist with work on the operational/admin roles (client coordinators, scheduling, medical office admin, etc.). Still, it might help out the clinical recruiter or the sales recruiter when needed. This contractor will be assisting on 2-3 roles per recruiter.

• Someone from a healthcare recruiting back-ground is great, but not mandatory
