Recruiter Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in the identification and assessment of internal and external talent using creative and proactive methods for approximately 45-50 requisitions at any given time
• Develop a strong understanding of the business, competitive landscape, and overall strategy to increase business partnership & recruiting effectiveness
• Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to drive the recruitment process by setting expectations and maintaining consistent internal and external communication
• Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their functions and key business goals, and proactively partner to determine current and future talent requirements.
• Maintain a strong external network to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Meet and achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics on a consistent basis
• Provide relevant updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager during weekly meetings and as needed
• Log all notes and actions in the Applicant Tracking System in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with any onboarding related manners when necessary
• Provide ad hoc reporting to the TA Manager and/or hiring managers based on request
• Escalate any urgent matters to the proper party; TA Manager, hiring managers, other HR functions
• Other administrative duties and projects as assigned
