Hiring a Talent Acquisition Data Analyst for a large Financial Services company. The role is remote, but candidates are required to be located in the following regions: New York, New Jersey, Denver, Austin, Texas.

Description:

• Work directly with Talent Acquisition leadership to build relevant Talent Acquisition reports
• Develop customized analytical reports/dashboards to meet requests of external and internal customers leveraging existing technology and resources to provide real-time data available to TA leaders
• Drive consistency and accuracy of data input and quality into Workday (our ATS)
• Assist with audit and reconciliation of recruiting and people systems as needed
• Document and organize ATS processes, timelines, and scope as part of the overall ATS implementation team.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the Talent Acquisition Reporting & Analytics, Programs, Projects, and process improvement. This role will be primarily responsible for analyzing trends, activity, and areas of efficiency and change. This role will include the following responsibilities:

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in HR data management or system analysis
• Talent Acquisition experience preferred but not required
• Proven track record of ability to build and drive analytics and reports that support business objectives or questions
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and self-initiative to see a project through, problem-solve and support complex projects
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables & macros)– in-depth experience in generating and analyzing reports
• Ability to put together executive summaries of data in PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience following project plans, meeting deadlines, and proactively raising risks or concerns prior to deadlines
• Strong sense of autonomy, confidentiality, and communication

Experience working with Workday is preferred but not required
