Description:

Aston Carter’s client is looking for a Customer Service Representative (LTL Division) who will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns & requests. This role reports to the Office Manager. The incumbent takes charge of the entire CS process to ensure all shipments are complete and meet deadlines. They will be handling 300+ emails a day and roughly 10-20 calls.

Responsibilities:

• Create freight bills
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Update forms & reports
• Manage customers’ accounts
• Obtain, evaluate and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Answering telephone
• Willing to work occasional extended hours as required
• Other duties as required
