OUR CLIENT IS SEEKING TECHNICAL CSRS

17/HR – 100% WFH

MUST BE AVAILABLE FULL-TIME (INCLUDING WEEKENDS)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Answering inbound calls and following up with customers via outbound calling if needed
• Multitasking is crucial for success in this role
• Good typing skills and the ability to navigate several tools and applications at once while speaking directly with customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions and escalate service issues. Fast paced environment, 5-10 seconds between calls.
• Provide feedback to leadership teams to improve customer experience

MUST HAVES

• Willingness to WFH and return to office in the future as required.

– 1 years Customer Service experience – retail, call center, hospitality,

• Strong command of English written/spoken.

– Must have WFH capabilities – Must be able to hardwire into internet.
