Position Title : AP/AR Specialist

Location : Bethel, CT

Pay: $24/hr. – $29/hr. – Paid Weekly!

A global organization in the security & investigations space with over 175 locations worldwide is hiring an accounting professional to take ownership of their payables and receivables. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for invoice processing, vendor management, cash applications, billing and managing payments. Qualified candidates must have great attention to detail and be able to operate in a high-volume environment.

This position is onsite 5 days a week, candidates must be commutable to their Bethel, CT office!

Responsibilities Include :
Hybrid – Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (60% AP / 40% AR)

Owning AP inbox

Managing large vendor accounts

Assisting with payment runs

Resolving invoice discrepancies

Soft Collections

Cash Applications

Billing
