About this job:
As a HR Reward Advisor within our Service Delivery or Shared Services function, you will provide Reward focussed transactional support to help us deliver high quality and accurate advice to employees’ and managers. Responsibilities:

Providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR related queries, acting as the first point of contact for Astellas employees where self service is not viable.

Supporting the execution of Reward related administration, working closely with the Reward Centre of Excellence on Reward management processes and also supporting job evaluation.

Acting as first point of contact for employee Pay range allocation queries and pay range classification

Contributing to the delivery of Astellas cyclical reward processes

Working with the wider HR services teams including Continuous Improvement, to explore opportunities for continuous Reward process improvement.

Reward Data Management and Integrity including Excel work (Pivot & VLOOKUP)

Adopting a customer centric approach at all times

Essential Knowledge & Experience

HR Shared Service / HR Operations experience or similar is essential, gained in a global organisation

Experience of HR Reward

Knowledge of HAY Job Evaluation

A broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle

Contributor to Continuous Improvement

Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office including Excel to an advanced level

Confident communication skills

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

Exposure to working with other core HR functions such as Compensation & Benefits or and Mobility.

Educations/Qualifications

Degree or relevant professional qualification desirable
